July Music Matinee at Tiny Raccoon Books

Two months in a row? That’s right. We have another matinee- this one on a Sunday!

The show starts at 2pm SHARP, is free* and all-ages.
Seriously, bring your kids (we have ear plugs).

No jerks. You can check out the books at any point before, during or after the show. We have a capacity of roughly 50. We are advising you to bring water to drink because the shop can get hot.

Submerge is a Long Island Hardcore band formed in 2021. The band serves LIHC heavily influenced by 90s to 2000s NYHC & just released their second EP, “Make No Mistake” through 51st

Black Sun
BLVCK SVN classify themselves as a cross between metalcore and hardcore, although everyone normally just refers to that as metallic hardcore. There’s plenty of breakdowns and heaviness mixed into their singing and melodic breaks adding depth and dimension to their music.

* In leiu of an entrance fee at the door, we are asking that you bring 1 (one) item off the list below so that we can contribute to an upcoming school supply drive. Maybe you were lucky and you had fancy Trapper Keepers and colored pencils but not everyone is so lucky. Help us collect school supplies for kids on Long Island that need our help this fall.

Parking:
1- We have a small lot behind the store accessible from Hiddink Street. Our back door is open.
2- The LIRR lot is one block away- right next to the Gas station across the street on Depot Street. There are over 100 spots.
3-There is limited street parking on Railroad Avenue.
