Summer Celebration: Bubbles the Silly Entertainer

This program will be in person at Allerton Library.  Bubbles will have you and your entire family singing, dancing, moving and grooving with her silly antics. Everyone will also walk away with simple facepainting and balloon twists for some extra fun. All ages welcome.
